Load Agent Gets into Perpetual Failure State After First Failure with Verifying Existing Connections #22

After running the locust scenario of verifying the credentials from existing connections, once one of the connections to these load agents fails once, it will get stuck into a bad state and fail forever. (See attached files - there's two connections that repeatedly have failures.) This inflates the report to appear as if there are more failures than there actually are.

^i.e. there are almost 1400 failures (failure inflation), corresponding to just two connections failing

This can also happen when issuing credentials to existing connections
