Info api support timeout setting

I find info api post has not timeout setting, and sometimes waiting long time.

Would an optional argument for the info/exchange constructors that would be used for all requests work for your use case? I feel like letting users set a timeout on every call is a bit too fine grained.
I also doubt this will be prioritized, but if you want to put up a PR I'll hopefully have time to review it.
