Is it allowed to connect via Websocket #24

I have a running node in sync and can communicate with HTTP API. I need to connect to the node with WebSocket.
I don't see any configuration option for the binary to connect vi a websocket.

I see there is a port 3999 listening also but not sure where it came from.

How can I enable the WebSocket to the node ?
