Fix Incorrect Privacy Policy URLs Across the Project

Describe the bug
The privacy policy URLs across various parts of the project are incorrect and need to be updated to the new URL https://hyperskill.org/terms.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any part of the app that references the privacy policy.
2. Click on the privacy policy link.
3. See that the URL is outdated and does not point to the correct privacy policy page.

Expected behavior
The privacy policy URL should point to https://hyperskill.org/terms.
