Post Create request returns 500 when tag ID is invalid.

Expected Result

• When the user requests with invalid tag id, it should return BadRequest.

Actual Result

• When the user requests with invalid Tag Id, it returns 500 error.

Also better idea for this scenario would be using two api call for updating Post table and Join table.
