Put livetime correction into its own file or function?

Hi there,
Sometimes it's useful to use the livetime correction function on its own when doing e.g. timeseries analysis with errors.
Would it be possible to move the code to a separate function for the pixel and spectrogram modes?
Then you could import it from stixdcpy.science and use it on its own.
