Bluetooth Device chooser is very cumbersome

The Bluetooth Device chooser is very cumbersome to use, maybe I have more BLE devices that normal, but the list is huge and constantly changing and I need to scroll it, but then it updates.

I'm sure you can come up with better ideas than this, but I thought that the following would make it easier to use.

1. Add a text box to filter the devices such that I can just type in speedy or bee and see my flight controller. and remember this between runs of iNav Configurator.
2. Sort the devices by name so that the list remains more stable as things are added and removed.
3. Know the name of some common flight controller bluetooth names and raise them to the top. Perhaps companies that support iNav could be added to that list. ELRS Configurator did this and dropped support for generic firmware flashing.

steps to reproduce

1. turn on wireless mode in the top right of inav configurator
2. select BLE from the menu just above it
3. click connect

I added a text box for filtering and it stays in alphabetical order so it doesn't constantly jump all over the place.

This is such a drastic improvement! thanks so much, it's hard to overstate how much better this is going to make it to connect to my bluetooth flight controllers thank you!

I was able to test it with a quick xattr -cr /Applications/INAV\ Configurator\ BLE\ TEST.app

I'd be very happy if it stays just the way it is, I hesitate to offer feedback in case it seems like I want more.

1. it might be nice if the bluetooth window opened up as tall as the inav main window
2. it'd also be nice if the filter box was fixed at the top, the cancel fixed at the bottom and the devices scrolling in the middle.
3. it'd also be nice if the buttons grew to fit the whole window width when resized the mac (?) address sometimes scrolls over to a new line if the device name is long (or unknown)

I just removed the CSS that was forcing each button to be too small to hold the text properly. Now they will automatically be the right size to hold the text. Because that's what browsers do, if we let them.

I also made it taller.

The cancel button is equivalent to clicking the X at the top of the window to close it, so that's already available at the top also.

Note to self: Don't add CSS to force things to be a certain size. The browser knows how much space is needed. Laying things out is the entire job of a browser. The only effects adding a size in CSS can have are 1) making something too small to fit its content properly, so it looks like arkarkark's screenshot above or 2) creating awkward empty space in places that don't make sense.
