Query in LGL simulation file

I have query in the LGL simulation file, which is in the project folder. In line 24, it has been commented as "pick at random from TRUE, FALSE and original value". In this simulation file, except the perturbed node, all other nodes are randomly simulated with value 0 or 1. What does original value mean here? Please clarify
