Suggestion: Fork layout-card #16
Description
Based on the readme, it is specified that we need to copy the individual js file provided in this repo which has been modified.
The file that is provided is transpiled and minified and not very "maintainable". Instead why won't you create a fork of the mentioned repository and modify the source file directly. It can then be installed directly through HACS. You don't even need to publish it to the HACS default repository.
layout-card by Thomas Loven — https://github.com/thomasloven/lovelace-layout-card - You’ll need to actually use the slightly modified version included in this repo based on the layout-card by Thomas Loven https://github.com/iamtherufus/Homio/blob/main/layout-card-modified.js which supports some extra CSS properties. Dont install this card via HACS, grab it from the repo and install it manually. If you have installed the un-modified version of this card via HACS in the past you will need to remove it otherwise it will conflict with the modified version from this repo.
The layout-card-modified needs to be installed in this location,
/www/community/layout-card-modified/layout-card-modified.js
