Feature request: custom separator for CSV files

It would be great if the could specify what CSV separator to use.

I have checked opened and closed issues and haven't found anything about it.

Hmm, good idea! I assume you mean the Items Nodes. Do you know about putting items in "quotes"? The wrapping quotes are removed upon output of the node.
