Hello, currently there is no support for longer forms.

I hope to make this easier in the future, but for now there is one potential workaround: you can have your students fill out multiple sheets. Have them select "A" for Test Form Code on their first sheet and "B" on their second sheet. Then have them put the same student ID on both pages. After you use OpenMCR to scan the sheets, you can open the CSV files in Excel and process the data to combine the students' two pages into one row.
