Eureka never comes up with the default configuration #14

With the default configuration (Micro, 256 MB of memory), Eureka never comes up.
When I try to access the UI, I get the following message:

Eduardos-MBP:bluemix edu$ curl https://netflix-eureka-patrocinio.mybluemix.net:8761/eureka
curl: (7) Failed to connect to netflix-eureka-patrocinio.mybluemix.net port 8761: Operation timed out
