Model name not correct for those new IPS MTM

Expected Behavior

Running uname in AIX environment with IPS system model 8870-K7B, the command output should be something containing "IPS,8870-K7B".

Actual Behavior

The actual output will contain "IBM, 8870-K7B" which violates the customization requirement.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Install AIX LPAR on a IPS 8870-K7B system.
2. Running uname in command line
3. Check command output
