feature request consult relative to current file

Many Prolog systems implement the semantics that
consult, is not relative to the current working directory,
except in the case of a top-level request, but

rather relative to the file that is curently consulted.
I get this error, but there shouldn't be any error, since
the folder tests has a file 'nrev.p':

?- ['tests/suite.p'].
