bot cant recieve specific message from public chat

Hello, I used your tutorial (https://github.com/mail-ru-im/bot-python/blob/master/example/test_bot.py) and some strange things happened.
bot can recieve all messages in chat (from any user) except image+text.
but bot can receive message (image+text) in direct chat my+bot
I guess it just don't have handler for it? but I don't see any error
