Need parent events for BSSw tutorials and any others #35

The BSSw tutorial events are mostly subevents of conferences. We need event entries for all of those parent events.

Then we'll need to add the other subevents.

Possible parent needs for BSSwT:

2023 ECP Tutorial Days
2022 ECP AM
2021 ECP AM
2020 ECP AM
2019 ECP AM
2018 ECP AM
2017 SIAM CSE

Whether we need parent events for these depends on whether we have additional IDEAS-organized events to list.
