fbclid query parameter from outbound links on Facebook

Facebook has started adding a fbclid query parameter to every link leaving Facebook. This is a unique string of unknown meaning that is most likely used for tracking. We should strip this parameter from all links visited.

Hey @idlewan, I wholeheartedly support this request! Can you make changes so the add-on starts removing fbclid parameter info? It is the year 2020 already. I think this is a hopeless case. I'll look for another extension for now.

Sorry I wasn't around to maintain my extension, hopefully you do get to make it better and make it do what you want.
