Measure correlations of 2LPT density skewers

Before messing with actual transmission skewers, the second things to do (after testing the quasar clustering) would be to measure the correlation function of the density skewers, and their cross-correlation with the quasars.

Ideally one would then compare this to predictions from perturbation theory? At least we can start by just making a plot.
