I have been working on a 5-minute version of the CWatM model over Canada and testing out the new development of snowmelt from temperature and radiation. However, when I turn on:
snowmelt_radiation = True
I found that snowmelt occurs very early, and the peak flow occurs earlier, compared to the temperature-index approach (please see the attached figure, shown as hybrid snow), so I am wondering if an additional parameter is required to go with snowmelt_radiation = True?
