Is it possible to use typing like: Time<second, f32>?

I would like to see and use explicated type definitions in some my cases:

ElectricPotential<volt, f32>
ElectricCurrent<ampere, f32>
Time<second, f32>

etc...
Is it possible?

const_units by @Xendergo has this as a first-class feature, but it requires Rust nightly

The particular nightly features that I'm using are known to be broken and there's no path towards stabilization. I would personally avoid using my crate given that this one exists.
