[Feature]: Conflict Support for modded/create recipe types

### What is the new feature or improvement?

Many tech mods (like Create) add custom processing steps and recipe types.
Due to the nature of those mods and add-ons being created, often times conflicts come up that aren't outputted in the log when running the command for conflicts.

Support for those types of recipes would be helpful and greatly appreciated.
