The game is quite good! But you need to reconsider the initial attack for the character with a different attack style, starting with that attack style feels a bit uncomfortable. Finally, I hope there will be another version .

First of all, awesome work, congratulation! It's also an excellent godot learning source for me, thanks for making it open source.
That said, I also agree with @hai061898 that the initial attack is somehow killing the fun for any replay as it feels like a drag to get the first update (and than hopefully it's something useful). I have seen a similar attack style in other survival games but there it worked better. It suspect that having to hit the first enemies twice to kill it is too tedious, so maybe changing this would already help. It does help to have all speed updates but getting there is difficulty.
Later the game gets really difficulty but this is fine.
