Feature: repositories input

Problem statement: I'm only interested in reports for certain repos but am limited to one owner.

Describe the solution you'd like
A repositories input that overrides owner and generates reports only for those comma delimited repos, e.g. octocat/Spoon-Knife, octocat/test-**.

Supports globbing.

Generates one report file named yyyy-mm-dd-repos.json.
