Update and clean up tooldb

The first couple of pages of the layout wizard provide common software supply chain tool for versioning, building, quality assurance and packaging, for the user to choose from.

The tool collection, found in tooldb.py, needs to be

• updated, some of the tools might be not used at all while other popular tools are missing, and
• cleaned up, e.g. common commands and logos are missing, etc. ..., also
• the logos are currently loaded from random places of the internet (we should rather serve them from our server)
