[BUG] FE User ID is not set for mail

Hello,

We have noticed that since upgrading to TYPO3 v13 LTS and powermail 13, the user ID of the logged-in frontend user is not stored in the mail record in the ‘tx_powermail_domain_model_mail’ table. A 0 is always used instead.

To verify that this is not an instance-specific problem, an empty TYPO3 instance was set up with Bootstrap Site Package and Powermail. The error also occurs here.
