Purpose: Allow experts to review and provide feedback to founders

IMPORTANT - This is likely outside of the scope of the template; it would either be a standalone module, or probably a core feature of IncuBrain. We would just need to configure the template to make it easy to create this feature.

Required Template Features:

• Decisions log has RSS so we can subscribe
• Events are anonymised and piped to the IncuBrain server
• Template has MCP tooling for automated AI review and versioning
• Auto-discovery of new websites using this founder-funnel
• Users set single ENV to toggle this on/off
