Force GrumPHP to ignore URLs more than 72 characters in length #74

I'm trying to include a URL in a commit message body and it's more than 72 characters in length, so GrumPHP complains.

How hard would it be to force GrumPHP to ignore URLs in commit bodies altogether?

I can look into it for you .. i'm sure i can work this out in our fork ...
