Merge 0.35 development branches

Merge tag '0.35.1' into release/0.35. 0.35.1 only removed the filter of
the AddLanguage.jsx component
(d666c55) which was already present
in 0.35.2 with 42925af.

Here we merge both branches to avoid further issues with the commit
history - but the merge should be the same thing we had in 0.35.2
