Feature Settings is not updated in Redis DB storage #2451

Feature Settings is not updated in Redis DB
you can see the actual set value due to it skipping the cache, but the feature is not active.

same if you create an announcement, then try to delete it.
it's deleted in the announcement section but continues to display to the user.

how to repeat:

Go to Site Admin => Feature Settings
enable Send user avatar to BigBlueButton
Got o Plugins => Bigbluebutton and check if Send user avatar to BigBlueButton on join menu item is present

or the same with enabling new Block editor or any other feature.

workaround:

stop canvas_init and apache2
clean redis cache
start canvas_init and apache2
check activated feature setting: - it works
