Describe the bug

Some of the building blocks get highlighted strangely in the web configurator.

To Reproduce

Open https://intel.github.io/rohd-hcl/confapp/
Look for the Floating Point component -- you will see it is highlighted strangely.

This may simply require an upgrade to flutter.
