The title says "specify a duration after which idle user sessions are
expired, overriding SessionExpire directive."

The description says "This variable overrides the SessionExpire
directive. See SessionExpire for information."

Both of those statements are misleading.

ACTIVE_SESSION_MINUTES is used in the [dump-session] tag, which is
missing from the extensive, and mostly irrelevant, "see also" list. It
is not used in the core, in the way implied by the title and description.

The "availability" section is incorrect - as usual.

You are right about this. I'll take care of the above.
