SHould be able to Save as need to save to external disk - depends on #187

PRELIM

• Need to track back where the mirrorHttp gets its list of members, and maybe move to AIP.read - it DOESNT - they are expanded in LocalComponent .
• Check it is no longer saving metadata for local (presence of archiveorg/local/local_meta.json etc
• mirrorHttp to support metadata/local
• check CrawlManager CrawlItem.process
• CM call to this.saveThumbnail is ok

SOLVING IT

• http://localhost:4244/admin/crawl/add/local?copyDirectory=/Users/mitra/archiveorg (as proxy for click) works now added handling of "local" to CM.add
• Click fails in DM.mirrorFS.writeFile with err="/Users/mitra/archiveorg/" rather than an Error (not seeing)

CLEANUP
All on #284

• Move LocalComponent to use fetch_metadata rather than special code to look at config
• Check TileComponent, when rendering Local - it should now have downloaded info cos coming from DM, if so then can remove disconnected=false from LocalGridRowComponent
