Issue with very large image throws heap error

We think as this is a tiff Cantaloupe needs to load the image into memory. So the only solution would be to give Cantaloupe more memory or convert these to jp2 files.

It would be good to know how comon this type of situation is, we could also do a derivative image.

See how often this occurs. Would be good to know the upper limits for this.
