More reliable usage data and quotas

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I've noticed that very often the space used indicator on the bottom left of the webpage shows as loading and sometimes even as 0 bytes / X TB). Also I've read around the source code of different Internxt apps some sort of quota errors (402? 429?).

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to have:

• a reliable used space indicator
• some clear stated quotas I can check in order to plan if I have to upload lots of data

Describe alternatives you've considered
Clear messaging about quotas in apps more often used for large data amount uploads.
