Problems with folder locations making the project un-runnable.

Hello, I would like to report several issues:

1. The tool is auto binded to only work with Python 3.6 because every script begins with "#!/usr/bin/env python3.6" which causes the tool not to work

2. You have grayed out the targets.yaml config file but didn't explain in the documentation that it needs to be un-grayed, perhaps it's worth mentioning that the '#' characters should be removed

3. If the connection fails or the plugin fails to execute, you cannot abort the shell running it because of an infinite loop (On windows at least which forces the researcher to spawn a new shell every time his plugin breaks)

4. If I would move or re arrange the folders(for example move puppet_rat.py into the plugins folder) that would cause the entire project to be un-runnable.

I really like this tool and I would be happy if these issues were to be addressed :)
