no running version for apple silicon

InVesalius does not run on MacOS 15.2 with arm64 (Apple Silicon, M2)
tested versions
InVesalius-3.1.1.dmg hangs after selecting language
InVesalius.3.1.99997.arm64.dmg starts but finished without message after selecting language
InVesalius.3.1.99998.arm64.dmg is reported as defect when you try to start it

try to install it via brew fails because of a lot of problems with outdated versions of required modules
