`effect` with value `none` does not stop `colorloop` #665

Describe the bug
Colorloop is running (hue.0.xxx.effect with value colorloop)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Set state hue.0.Hochbett.effect to value none

Expected behavior
Colorloop expected to stop, but instead none will be overwritten and nothing happens

Versions:

Adapter version: v3.13.1
JS-Controller version: v7.0.2
Node version: v20
Operating system: linux
Bridge model: n/a
