The text extractor lambda (https://github.com/Element84/lambda-text-extractor) hasn't been updated in a long time - the original repository is no longer maintained. AWS is reporting that a few of its dependencies are out of date and may not be supported for much longer.

Because of this we need to decide between either maintaining and updating the text extractor or finding a replacement for it.
