uBlacklist seems to support Google Drive and Dropbox for syncing, but both are proprietary and very specific to themselves. WebDAV is the only one that's not proprietary to a specific provider.

(This request has been ignored at least 3 times, and still doesn't exist as a feature, so I'm making the 4th one)
