Navigation - Browsing from permanent to temporary NavigationLayout pages retains focus on the nav menu

Description of Issue

When an app has a page with Navigationlayout set to Permanent, and another page with it set to Temporary, the menu keeps focus when browsing from Permanent to Temporary (putting the page in the background and out of focus).

I would expect the menu to collapse and switch focus to the page as if browsing directly to the temporary page.

Also a related FR would be to allow a temporary Nav Menu that is open by default. (I'd prefer that for my use case here where it could be set once for the app instead of on each page)
