Global Search

In a large mod's config, global search is essential to allow users to find the options they want without having to individually search for every category. I propose that global search be added using a system similar to the one the creative inventory uses, where a separate tab would contain the ability to search every option. In terms of implementation, I see this tab just creating a synthetic category with all the options already in the screen. The presence of this tab could also potentially be configured by mods. (I'm actually more envisioning this is brought up by a separate button, not actually another tab in the tab navigation).
