"File is Damaged"

Hi! I am using a Macbook Air running macOS Monterey. I attempted to install CursorCreate, but the device told me that the file is damaged and the app can't be run. Is this a problem on my end or with the actual application? Thanks for the help!

xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine /Applications/CursorCreate.app

will fix it
