Show and hide Стартап tab in the profile edit mode, depending on the Стартап checkbox

As a registered user,
I want to see only relevant profile fields in the edit mode,
so that I can fill in the data faster.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Behavior depending on the check boxes in the registration.

During the registration both "Зареєстрована компанія" and "Стартап проект, що шукає інвестиції" check boxes are selected.
All tabs and their fields inside are present.

During the registration only "Зареєстрована компанія" check box is selected.
All tabs and their fields inside are present, except 'Стартап' tab.

During the registration only "Стартап проект, що шукає інвестиції" check box is selected.
The following tabs and their fields are present:

• Інформація про користувача
• Загальна інформація
• Контакти
• Стартап

2. Behavior if the check boxes are changed during the profile editing.

If the user changes the check boxes and press on "Зберегти зміни", then the different set of tabs should be shown.
