[Profile] Redesign of Categories field (multi-select) [Low Priority]

As a user, I want to see the list of categories and be able to add/delete the once I need so that my profile shows up-to date information

Acceptance criteria:

given I am on the edit my profile, "Загальна інофрмація" page
when I click on the dropdown in "Категорії" field
then I see the list of regions with checkboxes
and the region's checkbox is unchecked by default
and there is a scroll with the regions list

given I have open dropdown list of categories
when I click on category's checkbox
then checkbox gets checked
and the region's name appears in "Категорії" field
and "Категорії" field resizes downwards as the selected categories number increases
and selected values are saved in the database

given I am on "Категорії" field
when I click cross on the region's name
or I uncheck the checkbox from the dropdown list of regions
then this region disappears from the region's field
and "Категорії" field resizes accordingly
and selected values are saved in the database

abovementioned behavior requirements should be implemented to the "Категорії" filed
design
