1. User is received the password reset email
2. Reset password link is valid
3. User is clicked on the provided reset password link
4. 'Відновлення паролю' page is opened

Steps to reproduce

1. Fill 'Новий пароль' field with #Value1 - Testing

Actual result
Error message isn't displayed, 'Надіслати' button is disabled

Expected result
'Новий пароль' field is filled with #Value1, 'Пароль не відповідає вимогам' error message is displayed, 'Надіслати' button is disabled
