[Profile] Window to confirm the deletion is not displayed after removing the banner image

Environment: Windows 11, Google Chrome 118.0.5993.118 (64-bit)
Reproducible: always.

Preconditions

1. Open the link http://178.212.110.52/
2. User is registered
3. The 'Профіль' page is opened

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on 'Загальна інформація' button
2. Click on 'Оберіть файл' button for image banner
3. Select an image in size with valid criteria (3 mb, png format); (5 mb, jpeg format)
4. Click on 'видалити зображення' button
5. Pay attention on "Profile" page

Actual resualt:
Window to confirm the deletion is not displayed after removing the banner image

Expected resualt:
"Ви впевнені, що хочете видалити зображення" window to confirm the deletion is displayed.
