[Registration][Profile]: Improve fileds' validation on the Registration form and on Інформація про користувача

As a system, I need users to provide meaningful information during registration so that it can be useful for other companies once the user/company is registered
As a user, I want to be informed about the reason why I cannot register in the system or save changes on my profile

Acceptance criteria:

1. 'Електронна пошта': [Affected Area: Registration]
   • Update validation error message 1-3: Електронна пошта не відповідає вимогам [now it is Email не відповідає вимогам]
2. 'Прізвище': [Affected Area: Registration, Edit Profile]
   • Extend the list of the validations and implement respective validation on them Fields 4
3. 'Ім'я': [Affected Area: Registration, Edit Profile]
   • Extend the list of the validations and implement respective validation on them Fields 3
4. 'Посада в компанії чи стартапі': [Affected Area: Edit Profile]
   • Implement missing validations Fields 6
