Preconditions
1.The user is logged in as administrator
2. Orders tab is opened
3. At least one order with status "On the route" in the "Order status" column is exist

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on any order in the "Order status" column with the status “On the route”
2. Select "Not taken out" option from the dropdown list
3. Pay attention to the content on the screen

Actual result
The pop up window with the comment section is not shown on the "Orders" tab after choosing "Not taken out" option from the dropdown list
