Verify that the user receives a notification after changing the order status to «Brought by himself» by the manager

Pre-requisites

1. Move to https://www.greencity.cx.ua/#/ubs
2. The user has an unpaid formed order
3. Admin changed user's specific order status from "Formed" to "Brought by himself"
4. Authorized as a user
5. The "Messages" page is open

Test Cases
