[UBS Edit profile] Verify that the "№ телефону (Phone)" field is non-editable by default on User Data page and allows only numeric input when made editable.

Pre-requisites
Steps to be fulfilled before test:

1. Move to https://www.greencity.cx.ua/#/ubs-user/profile.
2. Authorize as User.
3. Open "Дані користувача (User data)" page.
